1. We do not accept refunds in any case after you have purchased your order. 

2. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with full tags intact and no fragrance of any kind with a maximum of 03 days since your purchase. 

3. The exchanged items MUST BE equal or higher to the value of the item you wish to exchange. 

4. Any items purchased with a discount or ongoing sales program cannot be exchanged. 

5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of shipping will be on us.
